Dr. Tamara Gallon | BA, DDS

After earning her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia, Dr. Tamara Gallon went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in Manhattan. During her time at NYU, Dr. Gallon’s gentle and compassionate nature led her to be selected for an honours program focused on delivering dental care to survivors of political torture. Working with this unique population, Dr. Gallon honed her skills in delivering dental care with the utmost attention to the patient’s experience and comfort.

Dr. Tamara Gallon’s addition to the team at Vancouver Smile Studio in 2012, marks the 3rd generation of dentists in the practice. She has enjoyed getting to know many patients who have been coming for over 30 years. Driven by her passion for knowledge and science, Dr. Tamara Gallon is dedicated to continued education. She is a graduate of the Kois Center Track 1 & 2 Treatment Planning and Functional Occlusion, courses which address how to help people with complex bite and tooth issues. Additionally, Dr. Tamara Gallon has completed advanced training for Smile Design, Endodontics (root canal therapy) and Invisalign treatment. She truly believes everyone deserves a smile they love and are proud to share with the world. Your smile matters!

Dr. Leslie Gallon | BSc DMD

Dr Gallon is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees. Her undergraduate degree in Honours Biochemistry has given her the background to assess more skilfully how medications and dental materials (such as whitening) affect us. Her degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine has an extensive underlying focus in medicine and has contributed to her understanding of dentistry as it applies to the systems of the body as a whole. Dr Gallon has practiced in North Vancouver for the past 30 years. She is very involved in ongoing personal and professional development as well as the development of a strong dental team and is a proctor for the California Centre for Advanced Studies (CCADS). Dr Gallon has a personal commitment to provide outstanding dental care in a relaxing environment where you are special; you are listened to and you leave with all your questions answered.

Jessica | RDH

Originally hailing from Ontario, Jessica has been an integral member of the Vancouver Smile Studio Team since 2007. Jessica is an expert on making her patients feel comfortable and relaxed in our office. She offers highly personalized dental care for both your hygiene visits in the office as well as what will work best for you at home. She is dedicated to keeping up on the latest research in her field and is a member of the North Shore Dental Hygiene Study Club.

Sensitive teeth? No problem! Jessica has extra products and techniques to make your visit a breeze while delivering the highest level of care. You will leave feeling motivated thanks to her excellent abilities as both a listener and clear communicator.

Sabrina | Dental Hygienist

After completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at UBC, Sabrina discovered her passion for dental hygiene and advanced her studies to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She continues to stay up to date with the latest research and advancements through her membership with the North Shore Dental Hygiene Study Club.

In her free time she stays active by hiking, walking the seawall, and going to the gym. She also enjoys keeping her brain active through reading–she’s always reading something new! Having grown up on the North Shore, she is proud to serve her community by helping transform her patients’ oral health. After hygiene appointments with Sabrina, you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face due to her gentle yet thorough touch and the individualized care she provides each patient.

Donna | Office Director

When you walk in the door Donna will be there to greet you with her warm and welcoming smile. She has been with Dr. Gallon for over 25 years. She works very closely with Dr. Gallon and her team to provide stream lined systems and those extras such as design expertise(she has her diploma in interior design from BCIT). Her design skills also make her an excellent smile designer. Donna often gets recruited into the dental treatment room to help evaluate shade and design for a smile design case. She just has an eye for these things!

Donna is a futuristic thinker and is always on the forefront when it comes to progress and moving the practice forward. She enjoys spending time with her grown children as well as Pilates, traveling and design projects.
